Overview
What We're Building
Cultivation You Can Actually Check
Revenue That Returns to the Treasury
A Business the Team Runs, Not the Team Owns
Every batch is public. All operating revenue goes to the DAO treasury. The big calls get decided by markets instead of one founder's judgment call.
Think about how many real businesses you'll never get to own a piece of, a vineyard in France, an almond orchard in California, a cattle station in New Zealand. They exist, they make money, and regular people just never get a way in.
That's the gap we're closing, starting small with something we can actually grow, test, and prove.

The Raise
Raising $70K @ $181K implied FDV · $14K launch liquidity
This raise is for exactly one thing: getting from pilot-stage proof to a real, commercial-grade grow room.
Cordyceps is not a random pick. Fortune Business Insights estimates the broader functional-mushroom market at $33.7B in 2025 and projects Cordyceps to represent 24.67% of the category. That implies approximately $8.3B of Cordyceps market context. Separate estimates put Cordyceps growth at roughly 10–11% a year and identify it as the fastest-growing product type. Forecasts vary by methodology; the Fortune category forecast reaches $75.06B by 2034, passing $50B before 2031 on that trajectory. The $8.3B figure is an implied estimate, not a directly reported historical segment figure or a promise about what MycoRealms will capture. We are starting in India, where we already have hands-on cultivation experience and buyer relationships, instead of chasing an export market we do not know yet.
We already have seven public batch records behind us, six cultivation batches plus the purchased mother culture, and real demand ahead of us: 30 kg of pilot-stage orders worth $11,000+, before the farm is running at scale. This raise turns that home-lab proof into a facility that can actually deliver.

Where the $70K Goes
| Allocation | Amount | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| DAO treasury | $56,000 | Eleven months of planned runway, including reserve |
| Launch liquidity | $14,000 | Launch pool |
| Total raise | $70,000 |
Rough Monthly Burn
| Line item | Monthly | 11-month total |
|---|---|---|
| Team and labour | $2,000 | $22,000 |
| Facility and utilities | $2,000 | $22,000 |
| Cultivation inputs | $1,000 | $11,000 |
| Reserve | , | $1,000 |
| Total DAO treasury | $5,000 | $56,000 |
Team and labour covers salaries, farm labour, and technical hires.
Facility and utilities covers lease, power, water, and upkeep.
Cultivation inputs covers consumables, packaging, testing, and getting product where it needs to go.
Operating Proof Today
We have successfully produced the Cordyceps agar plates and liquid cultures needed to inoculate fruiting jars in our home lab.
Contamination remained controlled across the culture work: most tracked plates and jars avoided confirmed contamination, while affected units were isolated, documented, and disposed of. The full record includes recipes, transfers, observations, photos, and setbacks.
| Public lab · July 2026 | Progress |
|---|---|
| Public batch records | 7 |
| Public cultivation batches | 6, purchased mother culture excluded |
| Public cultivation stages | 3, agar, liquid culture, grow jar |
| Grow-jar proof milestone | Underway |
The public record runs from the purchased mother culture through agar and liquid culture into grow-jar testing. Mother culture is source material: it is included in the seven public batch records but not in the six cultivation-batch count.
The grow-jar proof milestone remains underway. An initial two-jar attempt was documented, but an autoclave heating-rod failure interrupted sterilisation and left both jars unsuitable as commercial proof.
Next Milestone: Controlled Production
Move from home-lab culture development into a facility where fruiting jars can be prepared and grown under reliable temperature and environmental control.

What Happens Next
- Move into controlled production. Get culture work out of the home lab and into a facility with real temperature and environmental control.
- Build the first commercial room. Start producing lab-tested, dried Cordyceps fruiting bodies for nutraceutical wholesalers.
- Prove quality, supply, and demand. Prove quality through documented lab testing, supply through repeatable output, and demand through real wholesale and retail buyers.
- Let evidence decide expansion. Let actual batch, sales, and operating data decide when to add another room, product, or channel, not a roadmap written in advance.
- Move from ingredient to brand. Once production is steady, take the same core ingredient into capsules, daily powders, coffee and tea blends, and gummies.

The pitch in one line: a real farm, radically public, governed through markets.
Why Hold $MYCO
This is not really a transparency pitch. Trust still gets earned the old-fashioned way: through monthly reports, visible operations, and independent third-party verification, not because something has “onchain” attached to it.
What changes is where the money goes and who governs it. Capital that would normally sit in a private operating account becomes fuel for a real, revenue-generating farm governed through MYCO decision markets.
- Real revenue, reported monthly, Sales and cultivation revenue belong to the DAO treasury from day one, alongside the SOPs, recipes, and proprietary formulations MycoRealms develops.
- An actual say in how it is run, Futarchy gives MYCO market participants influence over treasury deployment, supply changes, and market operations, not just a front-row seat.
MYCO is a digital asset and does not represent conventional company equity. Agricultural and digital-asset projects carry material risk.
